In our Chocolate and Cacao Workshop, we’ll use the finest cacao sourced from the ‘Montes de María’, a region nestled in the Colombian Caribbean. During our experience, you’ll explore the diverse textures and aromas of cacao. You’ll enjoy the entire creative process, from the bean, and its entire transformation process to the making of cocoa-derived products such as bars, bonbons, and truffles.
We dive into the world of chocolatiers. First, we acquaint ourselves with the machinery, exploring the equipment and getting to know the expert staff. Then, we delve into the universe of cacao. You’ll witness how cocoa arrives, is roasted, and separated to obtain the base product, all while learning about the importance of different types on a national level.
Next, we undergo the process from refining to creating delicious bonbons, truffles, or chocolate bars, allowing you to replicate the experience at home with what you’ve learned.
Our experience adapts to the ideas you bring, providing an opportunity to deepen your knowledge and creativity. Comfortable, stain-friendly clothing is recommended to fully enjoy the experience.
